You are responsible for return shipping costs. After Viesuesen (HongKong) Co., Limited receives and inspects the returned item, Viesuesen (HongKong) Co., Limited will process your refund.
Refund processing and the arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Viesuesen (HongKong) Co., Limited approves the return. For PayPal refunds, the refund takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days.
